Hi Stigedis,
The standard Savage exhaust is not repackable.
All I can think the squeeking can be is a family of rats that have taken up residence in you pipe and they squeek with panic as you rev the engine.
Seriously, you could check if any of the baffles in the silencer are loose. Simply bang the side of the silencer with your hand - hot hard enough to cause damage or hurt yourself !! There should be no rattles at all. If there are rattles, this indicated that baffles have become loose. I know of no cure for this. Your friend will either have to but a new pipe or simply put up with the noise.
If there are no loose baffles, the mystery deepens. You could try borrowing a silencer from a Savage that doesn't squeek. If your friends bike still squeeks with this pipe on, then the problem may lie in the engine.
Or it may just be something silly like a loose bolt that allows some componant to move and squeek. Is the silencer bolted to the bike properly? Check all round the bike for anything thats loose.
Let us all know how you get on with this unusual problem.

Happy Savage riding, even the squeeky ones.
